Eat What Makes You
Feel Good
Welcome to
Plant Sugar Kitchen!
To introduce myself a bit – my name is Branden Donahue and I am brought to you here to express my passion for cooking.
A few years back I began my journey into the plant-based world and have become completely obsessed. Being in the kitchen is basically like therapy for me. When I realized how much I loved cooking, I was even more intrigued by it when I began preparing all kinds of fancy meals for all of my friends and family.
There is nothing better than diving into a recipe and completely blowing not even just your own mind, but the minds of your loved ones while at the same time knowing how healthy it is for our bodies.

Breakfast Recipes
We all know how difficult it can be to wake up and immediately dive into the kitchen for a meal – no matter how intricate the recipe is.
Luckily, the recipes I will be providing vary in difficulty depending on how you are feeling.
Sometimes it is super nice to wake up and make a huge breakfast for yourself, your friends/family, or even surprise a loved one with some breakfast in bed.

Lunch Recipes
Lunch is typically that one meal that most of us skip – especially if we have a busy work/life schedule, but how good does it feel when you actually have the time to prepare a little something?
If you are someone who is usually lacking the time during the day to make some lunch, I would recommend prepping your food the night before, or even a few nights before so you can have it through the week!
Below is the link for you to check out some of my favorite midday meals, and I hope you find yourself enjoying them as much as I do.

Dinner Recipes
Dinner has to be my favorite meal of the day.
I always love coming home after whatever the day brought to you to spend some time in the kitchen whipping up something nourishing and delicious.
Maybe you are one of those people who really don’t enjoy cooking too much, but I promise it will become less of a hassle the more you get into it.
Play some tunes, perhaps sip some wine, and dive into one of my lovely little dinner recipes provided to you at the link below!

Dessert Recipes
If you are anything like me and have a gigantic sweet tooth – then we both know this is such a crucial part of our lives.
When spending a big part of your day possibly worrying about eating healthier to shed or gain a few pounds, usually that means our minds branch off further from tasty treats and desserts – but there are actually a ton of ways to introduce an abundance of fruit and vegetables into a delicious and healthy alternative to most processed foods we may be used to.
Even if you are one of those people who doesn’t particularly enjoy too many sweets, the recipes I have created are subtle in taste, with a significantly reduced amount of sugars and fats that may typically upset your stomach when eating processed foods.

Don’t Put Too Much Pressure on Yourself
In this world where society is rapidly changing for the better and sometimes for the worst, it is important that we all stay grounded to our own selves without being soaked up into the judgement and negativity that a lot of people tend to embrace. We’ve got trendy diets, trendy workout routines, pressure to lose…
Recipes of the Week
A huge goal of mine here is to keep this page as consistent as possible, so I wanted to write this here to inform everyone that you can expect AT LEAST one recipe per week, but I promise I’ll do my best to post more than that. Right now the whole world is dealing with…
