(Serves a Party of 3)

This is the almighty snack for any occasion. I have made this recipe for tons of people and it is such a hit every time!
Similar to chicken wings, it makes for a delicious meat alternative when trying to cater for a vegetarian or vegan group – but it is also super good no matter what kind of diet you have.

Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 2 Cups of Oat Flour
- 2 Teaspoons of Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup of Nutritional Yeast (optional)
- 1 and 3/4 Cup of Oat, Almond, Soy, or Coconut Milk.
- 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Toss in all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl – the flour, paprika, cumin, bread crumbs, salt, and nutritional yeast if you decided to use it – then whisk them all together.
Drop in the milk and avocado oil and mix it up one last time ensuring the mixture is not too thick.
Drizzle a bit of oil onto a baking sheet, ten after chopping your cauliflower into tiny bite sized pieces, lay them out on the baking sheet and bake them for about 10 minutes.
Pull them out after 10 minutes and drop a hot sauce of your choice on them – I just about always use Chohula – then toss them back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
When they all look nice and crispy, take them out and serve them up with some plant-based ranch or bleu cheese, along with celery and carrot sticks.
