Brownie Batter Hummus Platter

As the summer parties are soon coming to an end and the fall season is just right around the corner, I’ve got something for you that is the best of both worlds.

My brownie batter hummus platter features a dessert hummus blended right at home with chickpeas, coconut sugar, oat milk, cacao powder, almond butter, dairy-free chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt until perfectly creamy that makes for the most delicious dip for all of your favorite snacks.

This time around I used what I had in the kitchen already which was pretzel thins, sliced pink lady apples, and organic strawberries.



Ingredients:

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse until you have a super creamy texture – maybe even scrape down the sides halfway through if ya have to.

Top the hummus with an extra sprinkle of the chocolate chips if you’re feelin’ frisky and feel free to plate the hummus with all of your favorite goodies!
