(Serves a Party of 2)

This has to be the most fun I’ve had with any recipe so far.
Between the colors, variety of flavors, and actually being pretty easy to prepare, these lil waffles will have the entire house smelling delicious.
Not to mention, they are filled with chocolate chips to help that sweet tooth we all know and love – plus all of the incredible benefits buckwheat flour has to offer.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Buckwheat Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 Cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups of Soy Milk
- 3 Teaspoons of Agave Nectar
- 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
- Topped with slivered almonds, sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and starfruit
In a large mixing bowl, gather all of your ingredients aside from the fruit and almonds and begin to whisk it all together.
Heat up your waffle iron, or saucepan if you decided to turn these into pancakes.
Drop about 1/2 cup or so into the waffle iron and ensure it is spread across evenly.
If you are making pancakes, do about 1/2 cup circles and flip within a minute or two after pouring.
Finally, plate it up and dazzle all of your fruits and almonds onto the waffles, perhaps even a few drizzles of maple syrup or more of the agave nectar, and be prepared for the waffle breakfast of a lifetime!
