Fruit Plate

Fruit is one of the many easy snacks you can consume for lunch or any time throughout your day, and you would not believe the energy they can give you.

This fruit plate here is loaded up with some more of my favorite fruits that will easily sweeten up your day and give your body a little boost.

Like most fruits – kiwis, apples, mandarins, and red grapes all vary in spectacular nutrients such as Vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants to keep your immune system and body functioning efficiently.

To create this dish, have a little fun with it and decorate your plate in whatever shapes or design your heart desires.

Slice up some apples and kiwis, peel a bunch of mandarins, and gather a few handfuls of red grapes to pack along for an adventure or even just to snack on in the comfort of your home.
