Who the heck doesn’t love some Oreos once in a while? How about having them crushed and whipped up into a cheesecake?? This recipe is surprisingly easy and impresses me every single time.
From the coconut milk whipped cream, the almond milk based cream cheese, and of course the crumbled Oreos, you will blow the minds of anyone you decide to share this with – unless of course you decide to crush the whole thing by yourself.
Ingredients:
- 18 Oz of SoDelicious Coco Whip
- 16 Oz of Kite Hill Plain Cream Cheese
- 3 Sleeves of Oreos (or about 20 cookies)
- 1 Gluten Free Pie Crust
Simply enough, just grab a large mixing bowl and whip up the coco whip, cream cheese, and crushed oreos.
Fold the mixture into the pie crust, sprinkle on some more oreos, and allow it to freeze for at least 1 hour.
When you are ready, slice it up and be ready for the plant-based dessert of a lifetime.
