Super Seed Parfait

(Serves a Party of 4)

Right here is a lunch or breakfast that is ridiculously tasty and loaded with the love of chia seeds and ground flax seed.

Chia seeds provide our bodies with nourishing components such as antioxidants, fiber, and protein, while also containing omega-3 fatty acids.

As for the flax seed, this super seed is loaded with nutrients to assist with lowering cholesterol and reducing inflammation in the body, while also being filled with fiber and a good amount of protein.

These parfaits are one of my favorites to prepare, and are easily customized with all of your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Oat Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ground Flax seed
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice (optional)
  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Cashew Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup of Granola
  • 1/3 Cup of Raw Cashews

Begin by taking your frozen berries, bananas, oat milk, flax seed, chia seeds, and splash of orange juice if you have decided to use it and blend them all up.

Pour into a bowl or mason jar, topping the frozen mixture with some vanilla cashew yogurt, granola, raw cashews, and maybe even a few dashes of chia seeds to brighten up your parfait.
