Watermelon Smoothies

(Serves a Party of 4)

These smoothies are packed full of all of my favorite fruits, and when all blended up has such a refreshing and rejuvenating taste to them.

For those mornings or afternoons where you don’t feel like diving into a recipe or maybe you don’t have the time of day for it, smoothies are such an awesome way to get in all of the vitamins and minerals our bodies crave.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Frozen or Freshly Chopped Pineapple
  • 2 Cups of Chopped Watermelon
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 3 Cups of Oat, Almond, Soy, or Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Cup of Ice Cubes (optional)

To get started, chop up some pineapple, watermelon, and avocado, then fold them into a blender with the blueberries, flaxseed, and plant-based milk.

If your fruit is not frozen, simply drop in some ice cubes, then blend it all up for a wholesome smoothie to get you through the rest of your day.
